    I’ve been playing this for a while and this just makes me so sad that Mr Kojima couldn’t get to make the Silent Hill reboot, seeing the transitions on the BT fights reminds me a lot of SH, there are some little cities tearing apart and just seeing old buildings with fog bring some old memories :(

    Does anyone else find it mildly ironic that the Japanese developed Silent Hill 2 was turned into a Pachinko machine, and the primarily American developed Silent Hill: Downpour was turned into a Slot machine?

    Silent Hill: The Arcade had an interesting and surprisingly good story, and it literally didn't need to with it being an arcade game!

    Why does Tomm Hulett receive so much hate in the Silent Hill community?

    I understand he's the face of the series following Team Silent's departure, but he'd always had the best intentions for the series:

    He was verbally against the inclusion of Pyramid Head in Silent Hill: Homecoming, causing a literal fit with the creative team that sent him to primarily help develop Silent Hill: Origins untill Homecoming's producer left. Tomm Hulett forced them to name it Bogeyman due to his resentment of having Pyramid Head appear.

    He was also responsible for the rejection of a script for Silent Hill: Homecoming that involved a final battle between Allessa Gillespie and Joshua Shepherd over Toluca Lake to determine the fate of Silent Hill and Shepherd's Glenn. That script sounds dumb to me...

    He added a memo into the game Silent Hill: Homecoming about Douglas Cartland exposing The Order in order to dismantle the cult for later entries, as he (as well as many fans) weren't too much into the occult side of the games, and much rather preferred the psychological elements.

    Additionally, he was a PRODUCER on the non-Team Silent games... People here seem to blame Tomm for every downfall in the series since Team Silent's departure, and it got so bad he received constant death threats and scrutiny online!

    Silent Hill HD has his credit, and many think it's his fault that the games were a glitchy mess, but if you look into it, that wasn't his fault either! Konami hadn't properly stored the source code for with 2 or 3, resulting in the team working with a broken unfinished code that they couldn't tell what a wrong with it, and asked to finish it up in record time!

    Wasn't Konami itself ultimately worse for the series than a Producer who everyone had a witch hunt out for?

    UFO ending on first play through of Homecoming?

    On 1-4 I was under the impression you had to beat the game at least once to get the UFO ending. However on my first play through of Homecoming thats the ending I got. Has anyone else gotten this ending on their first play through?

    Can you use 10 star rewards in more than one playthrough in Silent Hill 1, 2, & 3?

    There isn't much information about this online anywhere. It seems like getting a lower ranking on a second playthrough overrides the rewards you get, but that just doesn't seem right. Does anyone know for sure?
