How can I get Silent Hill 2, 3, 4 and Downpour on PC or Android? Posted: 16 Jan 2020 02:06 PM PST I have an ambition of playing the eight main games in the Silent Hill series. So far, I've managed to beat Silent Hill, Silent Hill Origins and Silent Hill Shattered Memories on my phone via emulators and I'm currently playing Silent Hill Homecoming on PC (bought it on Steam). Only four games remain and I don't know how to get to play them. Could someone tell me what method I should use in order to obtain them and have them run decently on one of those two platforms that I mentioned? (I can't afford to buy a PlayStation 2/3 or an Xbox 360/ One) [link] [comments]
Posted: 16 Jan 2020 06:51 PM PST I admit i was curious. I saw my phone had an app for slots on my home screen waiting for download. So i gave in. After an update i was playing konami slots. What i realized and learned is that yes it may pander to our sense of instant gratification while awarding us meaningless coins and "prizes" for just hitting a button. It tempts and offers other real world prizes such as free hotels and vacations. It mesmerizes with flashy lights and pictures. It plays on our need for quick entertainment. It even offers " more" if actual money is used to buy more coins or free spins. In short its an easy buisness model. Put together a mobile game licensed by a noteable company with a history of making good games. Who wouldnt want to play that. I was dragged in and i liked it. The thrill of vegas from the comfort of my own home. I also figured out i am loyal to konami as a company. We could say they weren't loyal to us but did they not give us many good games? Now a sign of the times they read the room to again deliver what people want. Yes it hurts us die hard fans and yes the choice to switch to slots was all about money but the people want what they want. The truth is as much as it hurts i will still always love konami. I've been obsessed with PT recently... Posted: 16 Jan 2020 07:16 AM PST I'm new to Reddit and might have missed this discussion but I want to tell you one my bizarre theory. I've been searching information about PT, watching videos of hidden scenes and so on and a thought came to my mind... Is it possible that Lisa from PT and Lisa from the first Silent Hill game are the same person? I know they look different but they have something in common I guess. At least name and hair colour. Or maybe it's just Kojima's love for the name Lisa. [link] [comments]
