    Silent Hill Sale Numbers?

    Posted: 12 Feb 2020 02:07 PM PST

Why hasn't Konami stated any sale numbers for Silent Hill games besides of the 2 million copies that SH1 sold, the 1 million copies that SH2 sold in its first month and the extremely low numbers of 300.000 copies SH3 sold in a half year?

I've heard about emulators, but are there any good one's you all would recommend? I'm new to the series and looking to get into it.

What's your favorite silent hill game and why?

    Posted: 12 Feb 2020 10:59 AM PST

For me it's silent hill 3. I think sh3 did the best job with its survival horror by making it more challenging and giving you less health drinks and ammo to make the game a lot more tense. I like sh1 and 2, but those games were kind of easy because they would give you so much. And in sh1's case, the hammer did most of the work for you.

What's your favorite area of all the Silent Hill games?

    Posted: 12 Feb 2020 03:55 AM PST

For me, I gotta go with Lakeview Hotel in Silent Hill 2. It has my favorite atmosphere in the series. Very bleak and depressing, but such a memorable place.

Sony/Kojima purchase Silent Hill IP, join together to remaster the originals like they did with RE, but in VR. Perfect way to reboot the series and make newer ones

Homecoming is the only game on Steam?

    Posted: 11 Feb 2020 09:47 PM PST

Why is that? There are so many Silent Hill games but not a one is available on the Steam platform other than Homecoming. I feel like there's a huge opportunity being missed here.
