So this week playstation is hosting another event with price reveal and the rest of the information , what do you think are the chances of a silent hill reveal? Surely this is last hope if not 16th then not in a long time . Are optimistic or have you given up on a new silent hill

As an Xbox player who wants to get into Silent Hill...

    Posted: 14 Sep 2020 06:11 PM PDT

Dead By Daylight really got me hooked on Silent hill. I've been lurking around reddit and YouTube for content of the games and wanted to try it for myself. My problem is the only Silent Hill games available for the Xbox One are the HD remasters and Homecoming, I haven't heard much of homecoming, but I know the HD collection is disliked. Should I sink 50 dollars into the two games or just enjoy what I can watch from other people?

    Help me understand

    Posted: 14 Sep 2020 05:28 PM PDT

How Walter's body got sealed away behind the wall. Some say it was hidden or sealed away by the man who stayed in the room before Henry, but why would he rent a room with a body in the storage closet? How would he live there until he got trapped by the room before discovering the body? Neither make sense. The only solution is that someone from the order sealed it away.... ???

Silent Hill Prequel Concept, Predating Alessa

    Posted: 14 Sep 2020 04:27 AM PDT

We know that the town of Silent Hill was supposed to have been founded hundreds of years ago, and that the first colonists mixed their form of Christianity with indigenous beliefs. That means that there are most likely centuries of living nightmares to chronicle for people connected to the town in some way. I don't think it's fair to give Alessa Gillespie and her mother all the credit for bringing the curse to life. Given that it doesn't really matter how expansive or built up the town is when it comes to the Otherworld, the warped versions of the town could look like anything, given the perspective of whoever falls prey to it. That includes the possibility of pre-modern forms of urban decay manifesting themselves in early Silent Hill before it became a resort town. I would like to see that: a Silent Hill game that takes place long before the late 20th Century. Whether it's in a prequel set in the Silent Hill of the American Civil War, or during the early 19th Century when the first prison was up and running, I'm interested in a hypothetical Silent Hill title taking place in the distant past. I'd even warm to one set during the earliest colonial days. Just think of it: Puritanism and Native beliefs both opposing the nascent Order combining the two, era-specific monsters and phobias, and battling such things with the tools and weapons available, like primitive muskets.

What do you guys think about the first movie?

    Posted: 13 Sep 2020 09:42 PM PDT

I'm watching the first film for the first time in a long time. I'm familiar with the reception from critics but not really from fans. So I come here to ask you guys. What do you think? I genuinely like this film. The second one is not good at all but for some reason I've seen it around 3 times.
