    The original creator offered this for free on Itch then locked it behind a paywall once it gained popularity. He does not own the rights to the Silent Hill franchise nor it's assets to try and sell it for profit, therefore I have made the game available for free as it should be.

    Edit: The game is playable from start to finish. However, you may run across a few bugs that the creator was too lazy to fix. One issue Im aware of is if you try to walk immediately backwards through a door as you open it you'll clip through the floor.

    Help Running SH3 on PC

    Long story short: Jumped into the series for the first time, have been able to play SH1 & SH2 no problem but running SH3 has been difficult for me.

    My main problems are the slow motion framerate and the inability to map to the triggers on my Xbox 360 controller, as well as the inventory button.

    I'm not much of a specs guy but from what I can gather, this is what I'm running with:

    An Acer laptop with a i3 Intel Core CPU and a Intel HD Graphics 5500 GPU connected via HDMI to a HP 27m (1920x1080)

    In terms of fixes, I'm only using the Steam006 fix.

    I know SH3 has its issues with running but having just jumped into this series (& after running SH2 Enhanced like a dream), I was really excited to continue on only to be met with the frustration of getting this to work properly. I'm hoping someone can help me out.

    Any and all help is much appreciated!

    Does anyone have a poem they wrote or reminds them of Silent Hill? I like poems and wrote this short one this morning. It's kinda rough and simple:

    Picture Help For Origins!

    Hi again, fog dwellers!!

    I'm back with another photo help request. Quick back story: I stream on twitch and right now I'm playing through the silent hill series (my favorite series). I never played past the team silent games, so I don't know what to incorporate into my photography. Basically what I do is take a pic of the game cover with items inspired by the game.

    Next up is origins. I've never played it, and y'all were so awesome with helping me come up with ideas for The Room that I'm back for more help!

    Supposedly you can transfer all your data over but I wonder if P.T. will work. It's not listed as one of the 10 games that won't work, but the game technically doesn't exist anymore.

    Not expecting anyone here to have an answer, just wanted a place to talk about it.
