    Wow, what a journey. I've always wanted to play SH2, but never got the chance to experience it until this month through PS Now. Unfortunately it was the HD collection, but i'm pretty sure it was patched and it didn't diminish my experience that much. Besides, poor remaster is better then no silent hill at all.

    The aesthetic of this game. The music, the characters, the symbolism behind the designs and the environment, the audio design, it feels just.. Perfect. I loved every moment of this game. I finished with the "Leave" ending, simply because i didn't act suicidal and went with my natural survival horror instincts.

    I can see now why people are so passionate about it, and why it's the highlight of the series. I'm going to play Silent Hill 3 next, and i'm excited to see where that goes.

    Thanks for reading, I just wanted to lay out my appreciation for this game.

    Just started playing silent hill 3. It’s the first silent hill game I’m gonna play and plan to beat. I played and beaten RE remake. Is there any tips or advice you’d like to give.

    And no spoilers. I do like the fact that I'm going in blind but I have a feeling that I'm gonna get stuck a lot. I already have about 30 minutes into the game and with 5 saves lol. So yeah any tips would be appreciated.

    Why some people (in my experience, at least) have so conflicted opinions about "Silent Hill: Retribution"?

    I mean, the biggest criticism is that, in representing Silent Hill 3, Pyramid Head, that comes from SH2, is in that film. I mean, is that really the most outrageous aspect about the whole movies? They could've focused more on the fact that Silent Hill is truly described for the 1st time. It's like refusing to play the last four games of SH because they are not canon. I mean, what's the big deal?
