    Would I be arrested for making a silent hill 3 remake? (Jokingly know that I won't lol)

    I am currently a beginner to intermediate learner in the world of game design, coding, and animation. I have lots to learn and lots to do. When I heard about the unfortunate cancel of Silent Hills, I came to the conclusion to remake Silent Hill 3, for its mix of puzzle, horror, and action. I am currently developing the game on Unity, so far, I've gotten the movement to work successfully on a dummy controller.

    Licenses and all you know, publishing the game for personal profit. I think I rather just let people play it for free once i've finished it. This is my first major game, and I don't know when it'll be released. Just thought I'd release this information with other fellow silent hillers.

    when i was in my preteens hehe, lisa (sh1) got me emotionally invested in the series haha honestly her transformation is probably what sucked into the sh universe. the combination of emotions i felt when i first saw that is hard to describe. im sure most of ya know what i mean im sure they purposely made her a character thats easy to "care" about

    also my first sh2 play through i was so intrigued by maria, she defs made me want to keep going

    sh games did such a good job at getting me emotionally invested in the story/characters,etc they make them feel so personal haha

    I've wondered this question s lot recently why 4 was considered the weakest out of all of the games? I think it had good direction and an idea at times. Some of the creatures were also interesting to say the least

    Going to give this a go since it's the only one I never finished. Unfortunately sold all my PS2 versions. I see 4 see is available on GOG which is great.

    However I've heard this version doesn't include the hauntings? Seems like a big hit for a game that's supposed to be scary. Any way to add/fix these back? How much does this affect the overall game ?

    I'll be getting it regardless so anything I can do or know to improve my play through is greatly appreciated

    I tried it before on ps vita but i quit after reaching the theatre. Now I'm playing it on ps2 and again i started to feel bored after reaching the theatre. For some reason this game is not so intriguing like the others and feels like a chore to go through. Did you feel the same way?

    PT walkthrough with scare spoilers?

    SO, I am staying at an airbnb this week, and they have a ps4 with PT on it! I figure this is too rare a chance to pass up, but I'm also a bit of a wimp when it comes to scary stuff. Anyone know of a good walkthrough that lists scares as they come up? I was using one a bit last night that was sorta helpful but there would still be like a ghost flashing up in the hallway and it didn't mention that so anything more descriptive would be helpful. I feel liek I can handle it a bit better when I know what's coming

    Playing Silent Hill 2 for the first time, I hate to admit I’m a bit bored? Does it get better?

    This is my first silent hill game and I'm not sure if I simply overhyped it in my head, or if I'm just too impatient for this type of game, or both. No hate on the game at all, I just feel like if I didn't know it was a popular game I would've quit by now. Currently I just found that Angela (I think was the name) girl again, and got her knife. Am I still too early in the game? Does it get shit yourself scary? Am I seeing the game in the wrong perspective?

    Who knows, either way I'd love to see what people say!
