    I don't get this false hype. I got heated at someone posting that on the subreddit because it's just horseshit. Why would he work with that company? Wasn't his whole purpose of KP was to get away from the corporate entity? Not only that but Konamis pride is WAY to high to say "we were wrong".

    edit: putting expectations on a new studio does nothing but cast a bad light on the product they release next. This isnt anything but damaging and dumb. And once again.... Horseshit.

    To start off, I want RE2 to win so it gets tons of recognition and cements REs survival horror direction for the foreseeable future. That said, I also think it winning would give horror game developers a kick in the ass with their IPs (I want Dead Space, Silent Hill, Fatal Frame, and Clocktower to get it together). Resident Evil birthed the survival horror genre, and now it's the best chance the genre has at making a comeback. I've also always thought of RE as SHs brother franchise, so I feel like it's appropriate to post this here.

    Plus, a survival horror game has never won GOTY before. Horror in general is usually more niche. This is potential genre history in the making, and we could show devs that survival horror is still plenty viable. Voting ends on the 11th, so get in there (if you are so inclined)!

    So, I started the game yesterday and whenever I press the "Run-Button" it always takes about 1-2 seconds until he actually starts running. Is this a common problem or does my copy just suck? Never had this in any other Silent Hill game.
