| Posted: 10 Dec 2019 03:50 PM PST Just finished silent hill 2 for the second time (first time was about 7 years ago when I was 12 so a bit foggy) and my god, I didn't even know the game had me so under its thumb until the end scroll monologue. I think probably because it brewed up feelings over a relatively recent breakup I had, but I haven't experienced something that could so suddenly make me cry like a baby like that before. Not only that, but give me a bit of a new perspective on life going forward and kind of a sense of closure. Anyone else experience this? [link] [comments] | ||

I really don't know how to proceed here. I'm at the amusement park, I confront Cybil, and of course I have very little ammo. Literally one round of handgun ammo. I know now because I had to look online a bit, that apparently you can either save her, with something that I missed earlier on, or kill her. But I don't have enough ammo to do the latter. | Posted: 10 Dec 2019 05:36 PM PST Years ago, when I went to middle school, I would go to a friend's house everyday to hangout after school. He had a sister who loved the Silent Hill games. I remember a scene that looked like a beginning of one of the games. You were a hitchhiker who woke up from a nightmare. In the nightmare you were chased down a hall into an elevator by a monster then proceeded to be killed by said monster. You woke passenger in a truck and arrived in a foggy town.
