    I finished playing Silent Hill 2 on easy mode after playing Silent Hill 1 and the game wasn't as scary as the first game to me for some reason, most of the enemies were the same 2 types so I didn't get scared as much in enemy encounters. Are there more monsters in the normal and hard modes? I still enjoyed the game alot though.

    I'm going to make this short, Hands down the best Silent Hill game is the second one. I've been trying to figure out why myself though, I played every one of them(The first 4 games that were made by team silent of course), But the second one always stood up for me. I didn't know why until recently when I started to play SH3 again. I remembered how much I hated the third one, How linear it was and how quite spammy it was with their enemies placement. The atmosphere of SH3 felt like the original game, Which is yes, I get it, It was supposed to be. But I found out that's why I didn't like SH3 as much as SH2. SH2 felt so different, It got nothing to do with cults and it was its own story, When I played SH2 I could feel the chilling atmosphere, Every single thing scared the hell out of me and the buildup at the beginning worked. While in SH3, They just said fuck it, And put you in a mall full of enemies. Not only that, In SH2 killing off the enemies meant something, So most of the time I would kill them with my old, rusty-ass pipe but can't say the same about SH3 though, There were so many enemies in a tight corridor I just ran past them not giving a single shit. Probably why I'm not fond of the enemies in the third game, Especially those flying knife things. There are some exception though, I really liked the insane cancer monster but other than that, Eh. Cooler design, Sure but it doesn't make them as memorable as in those in SH2. And is it just me, Or does SH3's voice acting is much worse than SH2's? Especially that Douglas character, Dude sounds like his drunk af most of the time. No offence. But yeah, I'm done rambling, I know this post is more towards "why I dislike SH3" rather than "why I like SH2" but I felt like if I wanted to tell how great SH2 was, I need to bring up SH3 as well. Hate me if you want, But this is my opinion why I think SH2 reign victorious over the others. SH4, I think people know why I didn't like it as much. It was more towards the action side and it didn't have that many good puzzles. SH1 was the starting point so I didn't expect much and I was right.

    Silent Hill 2 Early Impressions

    Alright, so I have finally decided to give a Silent Hill game a try. I made the choice of playing Silent Hill 2, as I have heard so much about it(It will probably be the only Silent Hill game I play). So far I have gotten to the start of Blue Creek Apartments. I must say, even though I haven't really gotten that far into the game, the way the game handles the atmosphere is outstanding. Its different from any other horror game or movie that I've ran into. The atmosphere as I would best describe it, is "abstract". I feel as if I am conflicted on whether what is happening is actually real. The sounds, the eeriness of the apartment hallways and the loneliness it instills upon is oppressive(despite there being other characters in Silent Hill with you). The game does a perfect job of making you feel lonely in this strange world. I feel as if I am trapped. Like there is something, or some malevolent force watching your every step.

    Weirdly enough, I have had a lot of fun exploring these strange and eerie hallways(I am utilizing 2D controls) and clearing hallways and rooms of enemies. Even though I've cleared a room of enemies, I still don't feel safe.

    Stop giving that clout chaser what he wants. He's ILLEGALLY---without permission---modified the game so that he can produce these "never-before-seen" type of vids to ultimately garner attention/make money off the dire PT situation. Sad!

    Look, it's interesting to see more of PT, sure, but that incel SHOULD NOT be making money from it.
