How would you rank the Silent Hill games? Posted: 23 Feb 2020 07:26 PM PST Personally, I'd rank them as: 1. Silent Hill 2 2. Silent Hill 3. Silent Hill 4: The Room 4. Silent Hill 3 5. Silent Hill: Downpour 6. Silent Hill: Shattered Memories 7. Silent Hill: Origins 8. Silent Hill: Homecoming 9. Silent Hill: Book of Memories [link] [comments]
What would you expect from a new Silent Hill game? Posted: 23 Feb 2020 04:04 PM PST I realise given the current situation with the franchise that this is highly unlikely, but if a new Silent Hill game was announced, what would you expect from it? [link] [comments]
Does Homecoming have a "Nowhere"? Posted: 23 Feb 2020 05:36 PM PST In pondering the presence of the Nowhere(ish) sections in each game, I am having the most trouble in nailing one down for Homecoming. The closest thing I've come up with is Hell Descent, as that level distorts all kinds of physics and was the most WTF, mind-bending portion of the game to me. However, the other sections in the other games usually come in the latter half of their respective games, and usually involve the protagonist's (or Alessa's) unconscious becoming full-blown externalized. Hell Descent marks the middle, roughly of HC, and stands as Scarlet's hellscape. This might be the best answer, it might not. I know Homecoming is shit-on decently hard, but I deem it as an extremely fun and campy entry. It's just a bit odd that I can't put my finger on a possible Nowhere in relation to this title. Any locations besides Hell Descent that could possibly resemble a Nowhere? Thanks in advance for your thoughts and comments! [link] [comments]

If a new Silent Hill game were to be revealed this year, when do you think it'll happen? Posted: 23 Feb 2020 02:00 PM PST Resident Evil 3 remake is coming out in 40 days, if Kojima were working on a new game do you think he would do it before or after? Or maybe at some other point during the year? [link] [comments]
Can't Save in Silent Hill 3 PC? Posted: 23 Feb 2020 07:21 PM PST So recently I "located" a copy of Silent Hill 3 for the PC and managed to get it running perfectly fine at 1080p 60FPS. However, I am unable to save my game at all. If I go to the menu and hit the save button and try to create a new save, the screen fades to red and I'm back in the game as if the game did save. But if I try to save the game again or load, there is no save data. The same thing happens at the red Order symbols you can save at. Any assistance here would be great!! [link] [comments]
