    Three questions I have about SH3’s Heather Mason model.

    So I have recently begun doing re-skins for Heather and there's some questions that I began to have while digging through the textures of her. Please refer to these photos, as each photo corresponds to each question.

    1. On Heather's texture titled "chrpl.arc_tex_002" it appears to be a regular texture, but near the bottom of her leg you see random white pixels, is this white actually visible during a playthough? or is it an unused texture, as there is chrpl.arc_tex_010" which is the same skin but corrected. (Just because it's at the bottom of her leg doesn't mean it's in her boot, as she doesn't have any leg texture that physically goes inside her boot).

    2. If you enhance near her top right eyebrow you'll see a pixel that appears to be a light flesh tone where the shadow of her hair is supposed to be, I'm wondering if that was a mistake or was it intentional and if it was intentional why is it there?

    3. If you look at the texture for where Heather's head connects to her neck you'll see what looks to be a metal grate from the Otherworld, I'm wondering why is that there?

    Its pretty difficult to say but I debated over Sh1, Sh2, Sh3 and sh4 and I say sh4 because of its terrifying atmosphere and hauntings and also Walter what do you think?

    Silent Hills P.T is almost Amittyville Horror

    Kojima himself told us that he was inspired by a Thailand movie called "the eye" while making P.T, however the fact that Amittyville franchise has 9 books and 21 movies makes it so obvious that it is not even necessary to be a horror fan in order to see that P.T is actually almost Amittyville Horror.

    Contrary to this however, in the internet, discussions that are about the similar movies to P.T are only pointing out its similarity with The Shining. And we know that Kojima is also a Kubrick fan.

    However I don't know if he is inspired by Amittyville and hides this or has not yet revealed it or the similarity is just a coincidence, but it is certain that P.T puts more resemblances to Amityville than The Shining.

    Fathers were killing their families, now our dad kills his family, incident happens in a house like the previous ones, father is brainwashed by a radio/tv, there is little story development between the instance father is getting brain washed and killings that starting later on, fathers that do not do their job and obsess with tv/radio damage their family, father repeats some actions and sayings, father claims demons are possesing him, you first think it is a technological subliminal hypnosis caused by tv/radio, then think that it is a demon/cult's doing...

    ELI5: Advise me on how to play SH4

    Ok folx. I'm a diehard for SH1-3.

    My question is what would be the best console to get if I am craving playing SH4?

    I am planning to get a used console just to play this game. It would be a bonus if this console also could possibly play 1-3 (original, not HD versions) but I played those to death already.

    Right now I'm thinking of getting a ps3. Figuring that at least will be reverse compatible to older gen games unlike ps4. Is that insane?

    Otherwise what would be the best way to play 4, perhaps 1-3, but mainly 4 as I've never played it? No spoilers plz.
