    Looking to build a team to remake Silent Hill 2 in First Person.

    Well, technically, I already own a 30 person Game Dev Studio but I'd like to get a second team together to start working on a Silent Hill 2 remake in 1st person.
    As far as myself, I'm an everyman when it comes to game dev. I can do a LITTLE of every job but mostly I do management/director duties. With my current project I'm doing mostly Graphics Design, 3d Modelling and Level Design. We use Unreal Engine and would do the same for this title.
    If you're interested or know someone who might be, definitely give this post an upvote and send me a message. The idea is to create a Patreon and just start doing everything we can from scratch. Getting assets where we can from the original game or cleaned audio from the remaster. And buying ones we don't make using Patreon money.
    I've seen a gazillion Silent Hill 2 remakes on Youtube but almost all of them are a single area recreated. I think we could write to those devs and either get them on board or at the least, ask them to use their assets to save us time. I'll spend the next week creating a mockup of the game mechanics. I'm no master of Unreal's Blueprint system but I can get something functional for the time being until we get someone who's really good at it.
    Again, I'd like to recreate the ENTIRETY of the game. Most of the audio and dialogue would stay the same, minus footsteps. But we'd reacreate the rest of the game 1 to 1 besides the fact that it would be first person, meaning some things would change a little. But the over all vision is to have a faithful recreation.

    like thallasophobia, i wonder what that would make, and i can only imagine what trio phobia would look like. what about the rarer phobias? such as pittakionophobia (fear/disgust from stickers)?

    i have all three of those, so yea, i can't imagine what would manifest from my fears
