I already tried to hype Death Stranding over atmosphere, but.... Posted: 08 Nov 2019 11:27 PM PST The music!!!!! The way Silent Hill used music, I loved the soundtrack cd that came with SH3, and I love Akira Yamaoka's music to this day! How songs get stuck in my head with certain imagery, it is amazing. Death Stranding does music in the a similar fashion. In Death Steanding, you fucking run for your life, and get out of the "Timefall" (Silent Hill siren mode) and you finally can calm down and continue your journey, a song kicks in (even with a subtitle credit) and you soak up the surroundings and music.
