    Any recommendations for movies or games like Silent Hill? (In terms of story)

    I am really interested in Silent Hill due to the weird imagery and symbolism used to represent past traumas and "inner demons" of the main character. I am looking for more stuff like that. The only one I really know of is Jacob's Ladder which I plan on watching. So does anyone know of anything else similar to Silent Hill in terms of what I described?

    I've recently gotten the itch to play some horror games that I've missed out on. I've never played an SH game all the way through (the only one I put time into was SH and SH2 and it wasn't that long of a game session). So eventually when I do get to Silent 2 and 3 I want to know if you can download the Silent Hill HD Collection or you have to stream it or does it offer both options on PSNOW?

    Can someone with a copy of Silent Hill 2 post the checksums for each of the disks?

    For archival purposes, could someone here who has a legitimate disk copy of Silent Hill 2 on PC post the checksums (SHA1, MD5, etc...) for each of the disks? It would really help out people like me who are looking for these games and want to make sure that their copies are not corrupted and haven't been tampered with.

    Article explaining what a checksum is and how to find it, for those who don't know.

    How Does Angela Know About James' Past?

    I'm not sure if this has ever been asked, but I've often wondered about the scene after James kills Abstract Daddy, and Angela goes off on James. She says something along the lines of "I know about you! You didn't want her around anymore!", referring to Mary of course. How could Angela have known anything about James' past? The only idea I have is if maybe the murder was reported in the news, and perhaps she heard about it, but even then, why would she wait until that moment in the game to reveal she knew this all along? I'll go as far as to say that it almost seems like Angela wasn't even a real person, but rather a manifestation like Maria at that moment. Any answers to this?

    Silent Hill 2 Slowdown when using PCSX2

    I have been playing more survival horror games recently (Mostly classic RE2) and I remembered Silent Hill which I had heard about but never played myself and I went to emulate it expecting to have to tweak stuff for hours and I can't figure out what to do to make the game run smoothly. So can anyone here help?

    I've been trying to play DC on my PS2, but it always plays in black and white for some reason, the only time it worked with color was a long time ago with an old crt I used to have, but now with my hdtv it doesn't seem to work, does anybody know how to fix this?
