    It would be cool if silent hill 1-4 were ported to steam. It would never happen but it would be cool to give the games a bigger audience.

    Finished my first silent hill game

    So i just beat silent hill 2 and i honestly had NO IDEA what was happening through out the game lol could anyone explain the story or link me to something that does? Gameplay wise it was really good and i'm looking forward to starting silent hill 3 tomorrow :)

    HD collection or don’t play it at all?

    The HD collection is on sale on my xbox one but I've heard many things about it so it has put me off from buying it. The only pc in my house is downstairs but I feel like I won't be able to immerse myself enough if I was playing it. Should I buy the HD collection or just leave it.

    I'm not sure if this has already been touched on, however I always find myself asking what the reason for Walter was in Silent Hill 2. I always thought that Walter Sullivan was never intended to be a villain or focal point of a separate game when Silent Hill 2 came out and considering that Silent Hill 2 was all about James and the town showing him what it wants to show him, I never could understand the link between Walter and James. Of course we find out a lot in S4, but I was of the belief that S4 was never meant to be a main line Silent Hill game and its story was probably not even considered when Silent Hill 2 was being developed.

    I guess what I am trying to say is why did the town show and tell James so much about Walter in Silent Hill 2?
