    Is silent hill 2 for me?

    I am huge on games where story is the main focus, I absolutely adore Telltale's the walking dead and recently I have been enjoying Resident Evil 7, I've read into silent hill 2 and have wondered if it's for me though. I tend to, kinda dissociate when I play certain games? It's hard to explain, but sometimes I get lost into the story and lose my grip on reality and then I need to take a break to kinda re-integrate myself back into the real world. Is it really that amazing though?

    After the pandemic hit, the touristy town by the lake in Nikko became a ghost town. And coming here during a fog, I got to experience how a silent hill would feel like if it was based in Japan.

    Edit: It appears the OST for Silent Hill 1 is actually not available :/, sorry about that!

    For a very long time, the Homecoming and Origins soundtracks were the only ones available on Spotify. But now 2 - 4 are on there as well! I've been waiting so long for this, and I thought you guys would want to know as well.

    What makes silent hill special to you?

    I've been working on a game for about a year now. I've always been a fan of silent hill and wanted to capture a similar feeling, but it's just not there yet. Somethings missing. I hope to release a demo next month, but it needs that extra push.

    What does silent hill do that makes it resonate with you? Are there other examples that provoked similar feelings?

    Hello! So I've got Sh3 running almost perfectly. The only issue I can't seem to fix is that whenever there is a fadeout or overlay I can see the normal game screen right on the edges of the picture, creating a bright line that really messes up the aesthetic, I came across this issue before in Deadly Premonition but it had an ini fix that would add a small black border around the screen thus removing the issue completely. Anyone know if this can be done in Sh3? Thanks!

    Stuck in Silent Hill [POSSIBLE SPOILERS]

    I have been playing the original Silent Hill for a few months now, and after spending literally hours trying to figure out what is going on, I have determined that I've gotten stuck and cannot progress further.

    I was playing with no problems, until I got to the hospital, where I didn't get the map, didn't explore everything, didn't meet Lisa and didn't watch the VHS.

    Since I am no longer in the otherworld version of the hospital, all the doors are jammed and the elevator doesn't work. Police office has nothing, church has nothing useful.

    Is there any way to progress without starting the game all over again? (Please don't spoil)
