- I’m just going to leave this here
- Study, dammit poster from SH1
- Years ago, I lost the first SH. I finally broke down and got it back today, after some convincing. I can’t believe how much this game goes for now! And I got a GOOD deal compared to most listings. Am I a sucker, or do you think the game will continue to appreciate?
- Man
- Some simple arts that I did today of one of my favorite games of all time. I hope you enjoy, have a nice day and please dont forget your radio!
- My buddy at work sent this to me
- The movie "I'm thinking of ending things" has some amazing Silent Hill 2 vibes to it. Strongly recommend for other fans.
- [Fan Art] A drawing that I made in watercolor of my favorite character from all existing games, Harry Mason. I love it! OC @Mr.Pollo TW
- Lady Maria Poster
- Obscure SH3 reference- Minmo Cat Food!
- Heather staring at Valtiel and two pairs of legs dangling from the ceiling. The legs look like they belong to schoolgirls which isn’t a coincidence considering they are actually symbolic of Alessa and Cheryl.
- I Make My Friend Play P.T
- Does anyone happen to know what character this is?
- Silent Hill 2: Judgement #3
- Maybe it’s because I was 10 when I first played this game but I always thought there was something cuter in that water
- Theme of Laura
- I need help
- The Medium: A Spiritual Successor to Silent Hill? What do you think?
- SH2 - Forest Path Sound Effects

SH2 - Forest Path Sound Effects Posted: 05 Sep 2020 07:10 AM PDT I couldn't find a post on here appreciating just how spooky the sound design is from the very opening of SH2. When I played when I was a kid, my sister and I would joke that they were the noises of flying cows that were just out of view in the fog, but playing as an adult I can safely say that's not what flying cows sound like! The chains rustling, the weird gutteral dog barks (so it was all your work!).. it really does a great job of setting the tone for the game you're about to play. It's probably meant to allude to the monsters you will encounter but what did you always assume they were? Did you have any wild "flying cow" theories like we did, or were you normal children? Also have you ever taken more than a minute to complete this section? I was trying to take a photo of James by the save well, when suddenly the sound effect of somebody running along the path behind me started playing and I haven't felt that genuinely frightened by a game since.. well, since the first time I played this game!
